Interview with Morvigor

Hi! Tell me about your band and what kind of previous experience do you have as musicians? We are Morvigor, an eclectic metal band from Alkmaar, Netherlands. We’ve just released our second album called ‘Tyrant’ on 11th of November. Although it is most ‘safe’ to classify us black/death metal, we kinda go all over the place sometimes, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to hear some hardcore/thrash/atmospheric/melodic/progressive parts involved aswell. We just take whatever’s best for the flow of our music is to have. Jesse (singer) performs with some other black metal bands and Brendan (drummer) studies at the … Continue reading

Interview with Disaffected

Hi! Tell me about your band and what kind of previous experience do you have as musicians? Hello! We are Disaffected. A Death Prog. band from Portugal. We started way back in the early 1990´s, as a more thrash sounding band. In 1995 we released “Vast” through the Portuguese label “Skyfall”. In spite airtime on MTV, VIVA and all other emerging music channels back then, the album never got across – probably due to the fact that being from Portugal we never had a good chance to promote the record. A few years later, the band split. However pressure to … Continue reading
